Care tailored to you

Whether you're managing everyday stress or a more complex, longstanding presentation, our psychologists shape treatment around your specific history and needs.

03

A broad range of therapeutic approaches

Our Clinical and Registered Psychologists draw on CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and IFS to shape treatment around your specific needs.

04

Inclusive, affirming care

Our psychologists provide neuroaffirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, helping you build insight, confidence and practical strategies for everyday challenges.

Therapy spotlight

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Our team includes clinicians trained in EMDR, a structured approach that not every psychology practice offers. EMDR is a phased therapy that helps people process distressing or traumatic memories, using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation such as tapping or sound, alongside the development of emotional regulation skills.

EMDR is most established as a treatment for post-traumatic stress and trauma-related symptoms, and it's also used to support people experiencing anxiety and other difficulties connected to past distressing experiences. As with any therapy, whether EMDR is the right fit for you is something to discuss with your psychologist as part of your treatment plan.
